This solution adopts a hierarchical control system architecture, covering the information layer, control layer, and execution layer. The control layer takes MPLC as the core, and cooperates with external lead boards and external printing line modules to achieve precise logical control and process management of multiple parameters such as heat-sealing temperature, pressure, and time.
