The X-axis is responsible for dynamically tracking the panel's conveying speed to ensure accurate processing positions, while the Y-axis controls the vertical feed motion of the drilling unit, working in coordination with the X-axis. The EtherCAT bus architecture provides high real-time communication, ensuring strict synchronization between the two axes. The P5070SB HMI offers parameter setting, processing monitoring, and fault diagnosis functions, supporting the storage and recall of multiple processing programs. The FATEK SC3 servo drives feature high responsiveness and, combined with the PLC, achieve smooth acceleration/deceleration control, effectively suppressing mechanical shock and ensuring equipment stability during high-speed operation.
