The technical solution for the fully automated brick machine intelligent warehouse control system utilizes two FATEK B1-40MR2-D24 PLCs to establish a dual-PLC cooperative control system. The master PLC achieves precise positioning and scheduling management of the main cart via 485 communication, while the subsidiary PLC handles inbound/outbound material handling operations. The system is equipped with a FATEK P5070SB touchscreen for visual process monitoring and parameter configuration. The drive unit employs FATEK B30 series inverters to enable smooth speed regulation and precise positioning control of conveying equipment.

The complete solution integrates multiple safety protection mechanisms, including position limit switches and operational status monitoring.
