The system utilizes multi-axis control technology to achieve precise coordination of composite processes such as cutting, milling, and punching in door and window processing. It ensures a response time of less than 1ms for all execution units, significantly improving processing efficiency. The solution incorporates an intelligent process database capable of storing hundreds of door and window profile processing parameters, allowing quick parameter retrieval and seamless production changeover via the HMI. The servo system is equipped with an adaptive anti-disturbance algorithm, maintaining stable operation even during high-speed processing, with a maximum feed rate of 60m/min. A multi-layer safety protection mechanism is embedded, including overload protection, emergency stop circuits, and tool breakage detection.
