Traditional manual or semi-automatic packaging methods are inefficient, costly, and struggle to meet the demands of standardized production. In contrast, modern tea packaging machines leverage automation technology to integrate processes such as measuring, filling, sealing, and coding, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency. In recent years, rising consumer expectations for tea quality and packaging diversity—such as the emergence of niche markets like tea bags, gift teas, and organic teas—have driven packaging machinery toward flexibility and customization. Meanwhile, stricter environmental regulations and the widespread adoption of sustainable development principles have prompted technological upgrades in tea packaging machines, such as adapting to biodegradable materials and reducing packaging waste. Against this backdrop, the tea packaging machine project aims to develop or optimize high-performance automated packaging equipment to address industry pain points, including precise measurement (especially for different tea forms), balancing packaging speed and stability, and intelligent control (e.g., visual inspection, IoT-based remote monitoring). Through technological innovation, the project seeks to help tea companies reduce labor costs, increase production capacity, and meet market demands for personalized and eco-friendly packaging, thereby enhancing industry competitiveness.
