This UPS power control system is built around the FATEK FBS-60MBR2-AC programmable logic controller (PLC), working in conjunction with the FBs-PACK program memory cartridge for parameter storage and program backup, while system expansion is achieved via the FBs-CB5 communication backplane. The system utilizes the 36 digital inputs of the FBS-60MBR2-AC to monitor grid power status, battery voltage, and load conditions in real time, while its 24 relay outputs precisely control the charge/discharge circuits and inverter switching. The FBs-PACK ensures reliable storage of operational parameters during power outages, and the FBs-CB5 backplane provides flexible expansion capabilities, supporting future upgrades.
