The system adopts the FATEK M Series PLC as the core controller, deploying MC0EN remote I/O modules at key points along the conveyor line. The modules are directly integrated onto the conveyor frame, connecting 32 acquisition stations via a dual Ethernet port daisy-chain topology, eliminating the switch hierarchy of traditional architectures. The MC0EN simultaneously interfaces with laser positioning sensors, variable frequency drives, and pneumatic sorting devices, converting signals into a unified data stream uploaded to the master station. Particularly in the battery spacing control segment, the FHB high-speed bus technology of the MC0EN deeply coordinates servo motors and photoelectric sensors: when a carrier passes through the scanning area, position signals with millimeter-level accuracy trigger real-time speed fine-tuning commands, ensuring the timing error for each cell entering the baking station approaches zero. The patented anti-vibration connectors effectively absorb the continuous vibration from the mechanical conveyor chain, establishing multiple protective barriers for signal transmission. Operators monitor the status of all line equipment via the FATEK P5B Series touch screens, including carrier queue dynamics, station communication quality, and material blockage warning information. | |
