The New Energy Charging Pile Intelligent Monitoring System uses the P5B series industrial touch panel as the main control device, establishing a stable communication connection with the charging pile meter via the MODBUS RTU protocol to achieve precise collection and management of power data. The system automatically collects meter KWh energy consumption data every minute and transmits the data to USB via iAccess and MQTT, creating one folder per day and one CSV file per hour from HMI → PC computer, while automatically creating categorized folders by date to ensure standardized and orderly data storage. The system integrates the iAccess remote monitoring function, supporting real-time viewing of the HMI interface via mobile APP or PC, enabling operators to grasp the operating status of charging piles anytime.
