In terms of wire splitting functions, in addition to the common head and tail splitting, it also innovatively adds the function of multi-segment splitting in the middle. The interval length of the middle splitting can be freely set, with a maximum support of 4 segments of middle splitting. This design facilitates efficient parallel connection with other wires, greatly improving production efficiency and flexibility.

The fully automatic high-speed dual-head wire terminal crimping machine is controlled by the FATEK M series PLC, achieving a high degree of automation throughout the entire process. The equipment stably feeds the wire through a precise transmission device and automatically cuts the wire to the required length, ensuring a neat cut without burrs. Subsequently, under the precise control of the M PLC, the stripping mechanism quickly removes the insulation layer to expose the internal conductor, and the depth and length of stripping can be flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of different products.

The FATEK M series PLC supports the EtherCAT bus protocol and is equipped with brand-new motion control functions, acting as the "brain center" of the system for core control. In conjunction with the FATEK SC3 series EtherCAT bus servo drives and motors, the system operates with a synchronization period of 125us, achieving high-speed and high-precision control, ensuring the precision and stability of dual-head wire terminal crimping.

The crimping process is completed synchronously by the crimping device controlled by the M PLC, crimping both ends of the wire to ensure a tight connection between the terminal and the wire, and possessing excellent electrical connection performance and mechanical strength. Throughout the entire production process, the M PLC controls the quality detection system to monitor the length of the wire, the quality of stripping, and the effect of crimping in real time. If any abnormality occurs, the system will automatically stop and issue an alarm.

In this system, the P5 series HMI also plays an important role. Its scheduling and recipe functions achieve fully automatic production planning, and operators can monitor the production status through an intuitive interface and flexibly adjust parameters according to actual needs, greatly improving production efficiency and flexibility.
