Based on the strict requirements of the process control, after a comprehensive and in-depth comparison and analysis of various solutions, it was ultimately decided that the control system for the cardboard box nailing machine would use the FATEK M series PLC for motion control. This choice fully leverages its powerful performance to achieve multi-axis synchronous collaborative control, ensuring that the movements of each axis are coordinated and consistent, thereby providing a solid guarantee for the precise operation of cardboard box nailing. Additionally, this PLC can accurately achieve electronic cam chasing and cutting actions, ensuring the quality of the nailed cardboard boxes on high-speed production lines, and it can meet the technical requirements for stopping at a set length, adapting to the production needs of cardboard boxes of different specifications.

For the control of the width and gap of ordinary cardboard, as well as the high-speed connection with other stations on the linkage line, the FATEK FBs series PLC is used. This PLC series, with its stable and reliable performance and excellent communication capabilities, can precisely control the width and gap of the cardboard, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of each cardboard box.
