As a global automation brand, FATEK is trusted by customers worldwide.
In order to provide broader and real-time product and service support to customers around the globe,
we are introducing Global Warranty Service.
Through the Global Warranty Service, customers can enjoy free component for replacement within warranty,
as well as prompt local support and product inspection and repair services*.
Through the Global Warranty Service, we provide the following worldwide* warranty for FATEK product:
Non-artificial damages** within the warranty period will be eligible for free replacement parts available globally*
Outside warranty period and damages due to user-related factors** immediate and comprehensive repair and diagnostic services will be available globally*.
* Please refer to the country/region list for actual service areas.Diagnostic and repair costs might be charged if needed.
** The determination of artificial damages will be made by FATEK and Authorized service center.
